RETURN POLICY

• At Craftsbite, we handcraft and hand-pack each product with great care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare case of an issue, we will assist you.

Eligible Return Conditions:

• Returns are only accepted if:
• The item received is defective.
• The wrong item was sent.
• To request a return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [email protected] with your Order #. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact. Upon inspection, we will offer a refund or exchange depending on the issue.

Return Shipping Fees:

• A return shipping fee between ₹100-₹250 may be charged based on the weight and value of the shipment. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or modifications once the order has been processed and dispatched.
